Trading Loonies and other trading advocacy sites

Trading Loonies whose mission is to expose "loonies, posers, and other dubious characters of the trading world" is the newest of trading advocacy sites to spring up on the web. It's actually a WordPress blog, but pretty good judging from what I have seen so far and it's about 10 posts or so.

They seem to be particularly preoccupied with some trading forum. Not that I would blame them, and if you check out what they have to say about it, you may not necessarily disagree with them either.

The thing I like most about them is that they have the habit of backing up what they say with solid evidence and even plenty of it at times. That is something that many a trading forum poster could learn quite a bit from. Alas, that's unlikely to happen any time soon. After all, smear, slander, manipulation, deception, cynicism is what trading forums thrive on, their proclamations to the contrary being just another form of smoke and mirrors.

I talk about this and similar sites, which apart from Trading Loonies, are now either defunct or inactive, in a recent article posted on my site in its A Word of Advice section that also aspires - as much as it is possible considering that I am also a trading vendor and don't hide it unlike some - to play the role of trader's advocate.

The article about trading advocacy sites is right here.

The last trading day in 2013

Not bad, just as many others in 2013.

You can see almost all my trading results in 2013 in this section of my site, some other, not posted there, may be scattered on Twitter or on this blog. They are not always complete, more complete daily results are these days found on Twitter where it's simply easier to post them.

All accomplished using KING, an e-mini futures day trading methodology that delivers. And it has been delivering for over 5 years now.

Here is my last trading Twitter update in this glorious year, AD 2013.

And a correction ...

Happy New Year, everybody!

Collection of e-mini futures day trading systems

Called "George Collection," it is a collection of day trading systems from the George family of mechanical e-mini futures trading systems that I have offered over the many years on my site dedicated to trading these highly leveraged financial instruments.

Two of these systems are still being offered separately, George II and George IV, and while the former is a bit of a toy system, the latter is quite powerful and could deliver solid profits in a pretty smooth manner in decent volatility conditions. So could the former, except that its equity curve was more uneven.

Other systems in the collection (George III and George I) are no longer being offered separately, but just like George II and George IV, they can be used for either discretionary trading or as an inspiration for trading ideas. Some of such ideas in KING, the ultimate best seller of mine, are based on the ideas in these systems.

Buying this collection also gives you the full rights to the membership in my e-mini trading forum coming soon.

For more about this system collection, check out its main page.

Day trading e-mini futures as a lifestyle

While day trading e-mini futures can be a lucrative business proposition to some people, especially those with deeper pockets and a deep desire to strike it rich, to some it's the lifestyle that comes with it that is the most attractive aspect of day trading these instruments or day trading in general.

I must say that I belong to the latter category. I am certainly not rich and I don't expect to become one as an e-mini day trader. I used to trade more (about 200 days or a even a bit more when starting out in this business about 10 years ago), but these days (or years), I am more laid back and trade about 150-160 days a year only. Well, plus or minus 10.

On my site, in its recent (2013) section of e-mini trading results, you can find 152 daily trading reports each accompanied by a screenshot showing a sample of the trades taken on a give day. These screenshots used to be more complete, but these days more complete results can be found in my Twitter feed where you can see them posted within a minute or two after a trade completion. Not all days I post there, for various reasons, and neither do I on Twitter, but most of the time. What follows below is the screenshot showing my e-mini trading results from December 20th. I did not post them on my site or on Twitter, but they are pretty good nevertheless.

However, even trading only 150 days or so a year is enough to live comfortably, even in a rather expensive place as Los Angeles, where I happen to live. Especially, if you live modestly, as I do.

Day trading is a very competitive business, you need to be in good shape, both physically and mentally, so you are better off to trade when you are at your best and take a break from doing so if you are not.

Taking breaks also prevents you from getting burned out, which happens even in the most exciting of occupations. Trading may seem exciting at first, but so does any new love. Sticking to it for years is less so. In fact, after a while, you may even find day trading quite boring, particularly if you are a system trader. With discretionary trading it is less so and that's one more reason I prefer it these days to the other form of trading that I used to favor more in the past. It keeps you a bit more challenged too, which is not bad either.

Being a retail day trader means that you can work at home on your own terms. You can take a break (even a longer one) whenever it pleases you and you have no one to answer to. No boss and also no people you can be responsible for in your job. But unless you are a self-motivated person, this may not be for you. It may even be a curse in disguise.

However, if you are, I think it's the best occupation, the best home business, you can find out there.

150 Twitter followers!

It's a nice and round number. Expect it to fluctuate a bit, though. It always does. I am talking about my primary business account on Twitter in which I often post updates of my trading results like the one you can see below.

Here is the official number of followers from the Twitter site.

I don't follow anyone, on principle, but I do follow people back in my personal Twitter account at psi_bar so if you want yet another follower and you are not on Twitter to spam, consider following me there. If you want to follow my trading business, then follow me at emini_guy.

Physicists and the financial markets

That's also the title of a relatively recent article in FT Magazine, an online outlet of the Financial Times, a popular international financial daily published in the UK.

I found the article quite interesting being a physicist myself. I have been familiar with many of the names mentioned in it, in part due to overlapping physics interests. Most of the people featured in the article are theoretical physicists and some have even worked in the areas closely related to my expertise in theoretical physics that I would define as nonlinear phenomena, broadly speaking.

I have talked about people like that (quants) on this blog and on my site before, but this is still a very good article, one of several dedicated to physics in this issue of this online magazine.

The article is here.

150 daily e-mini futures trading reports

Just posted. On my site dedicated to day trading e-mini futures markets. This year only; a few more may still come this year, though not too many for obvious reasons (check your calendar to see what I mean by that).

Last year, I posted well over 100 such reports too (134, if I am not mistaken) and over the last 5 years or so I have posted over 550 of them, which means over 100 per year on average. These are pretty good numbers and it's rather unlikely you will find them matched by too many vendors out there. Even those who charge much more for their wonder-wares, more than I would ever think appropriate. "Too many" is just a gentle way of putting it.

The 150th daily e-mini trading report was posted just yesterday, and today, Friday the 13th, I am taking a break from trading. Only extreme risk takers trade on Friday the 13th and I am not one of those losers!

To celebrate the 150 e-mini trading reports this year, I installed a Twitter widget on my already awesome website, which now looks even more awesome, if that's even possible. Kidding ... I have been using Twitter for posting near-real time updates on my daily trading performance. You can now follow them on my site, in its updates section.

And KING, an e-mini futures day trading course that is to be credited for all these trading results, is still quite affordable, if I may say so, especially now that I am offering a significant discount on it.

Only $1,200!

The power of KING

KING being the ultimate e-mini day trading methodology that is also the basis of the e-mini trading course of the same name.

Here is what meant by this power of KING in today's tweet I just posted.

Incidentally, today completes the 23rd full week of e-mini trading results (due to KING, of course) posted on my site. This year only. Last year I posted "only" 16 such weeks. You can see them all in the current daily e-mini trading reports section.

And that's the last Twitter update, the 8th in a row, today, with 12 trades in total. Can you trade like that? Can your trading "teach" trade like that? Or is he still badmouthing his competitors on that trading forum for idiots and losers? Well, I somehow suspect it's the latter.

550 daily e-mini futures trading results reports

The 550th such report was just posted on my site. The KING trading methodology is a driving force behind all these e-mini trading results. Only $1200 at this point, $300 off this holiday season. Soon to have its own forum using a very cool forum software.

Another 60 points in Dow Jones e-mini futures!

Delivered today by George IV, an e-mini futures trading system for YM and ES.

That's the system that I have been talking here about for some time recently and that is yet another reason why I was right talking about it. It's just a darn good system.

And it's still only $150. Well, I cannot guarantee that this price will last for many more months, but that's what it still is.

Reviewing the performance of George IV in 2013

It's a rather informal review, not systematic at all, in part because I no longer market this e-mini trading product as a mechanical system that it was supposed to be by design, though it still may be used this way.

In fact, I intend to re-start monitoring this system purely mechanical performance in 2014, but I will limit it to one strategy only, as mentioned in this short article just posted on my site that does the review of sorts of this relatively simple e-mini futures trading system.

For more about this issue, consult the new article. You may also want to check out the article that highlights the system qualities, also pretty recent.

Georgie boy does it again!

More precisely, it's George IV (and he might actually resent being called "Georgie boy") and it's really a day trading system for YM and ES, two very popular e-mini futures markets. And not some other George, though I am so fond of it that I cannot help but personify it a bit.

I follow this system for YM, the market I trade almost exclusively these days, and so can report that it delivered some goods today. Again. Not as much as I was hoping for, but it still did, about 13 points. It came very close (less than 5 points or ticks) to its designated target of 60 points. But then the market rebounded sharply and the system was even losing slightly for a while, however short this while was, to finish in the positive territory at the daily session close at 16:15 EST.

So, the lesson from this story seems to be that once the system reaches 51 points, you probably should start trailing your profit with a stop-loss offset of 10 points, so that you can secure at least 41 of them if the market decides to reverse so close to your target of 60 points. But at this point, it's a discretionary solution and the results I am reporting here are based on a mechanical formula.

I may start tracking this system next year again. At least one of its strategies, the one that is very easy to track, so easy, in fact, that you should be able to recognize its signal by simply glancing at your chart. That's also the strategy that I have in mind when talking about the system results on this blog.

As you can see by checking my posts from the last several months, this strategy is doing pretty well. One one occasion, it delivered a loss, not reported here, but other than that, it delivered profits if I am not mistaken. I am not doing it in a very thorough way, though, as I do not market this product as a mechanical system any more, but as a set of discretionary ideas/strategies, but I don't think I am wrong.

For more about why this e-mini futures trading system still offers a very decent value, please see this relatively recent article about it that I link to.

20% discount on this e-mini futures day trading course

Meaning KING, an excellent e-mini futures trading course; also the name of a trading methodology the course is based on.

Its regular price has recently reached $1,500. Now, for a limited time, you can have it for only $1,200. That's a holiday discount that I like to offer time and again at the end of the year.

You can say many things about KING, but not that it's impossible to make money with it. Of course, practice is what really makes you a champ and not merely buying a course. This or any other one, but why would you want to buy any other one? Seriously, how many of them have been vetted as well as KING? Not too many, I am afraid, and they tend to be more expensive too.

Check the trading results sections of my site, all 5 years of them, for more evidence that KING works and it works very well indeed.

And let's not forget that it will soon have a full-fledged forum for all things related to day trading e-mini futures, very exciting, affordable trading instruments. I am just setting it up.

Traffic report for this e-mini futures blog or cats in the news again

Just as last month, the cats are leading the pack.

Actually, only one of them, a quantum beastie known as the Schroedinger cat. Well, cats rule the freaking Internet, as I observed on the occasion of the previous traffic report to this blog exactly a month ago, so hardly any surprise here. Plus, this particular "feline" article has been around for a considerable period of time, longer than its competitors (see the list of top ten contenders that follows), and that's an extra (shall we say, even unfair) advantage.

Anyway, here is the list of top 10 posts on this blog, still dedicated to day trading e-mini futures and not cats, that enjoy the greatest popularity as measured by the number of page views they have attracted since their creation. I added links to them, so that you can check them out easily.

The traffic has gone up since the last update a month ago, or else I probably would not be talking about it here. Its most recent peak (over 100 points above its predecessor) along with its other peaks and valleys over the last several months (or even years) is shown in the image right below.

Tetris and scalping e-mini futures

Tetris is a very popular computer video game that has been around for a few decades now and still enjoys quite a bit of popularity. It's my favorite video game too.

I believe that playing Tetris can certainly help you become a better e-mini scalper. Tetris trains your brain to be faster. Try it, you may actually like it. And if you are capable of regularly scoring over 100 lines (a few times a week, at least), then you definitely stand a chance as an e-mini futures day trader. You can even get yourself KING. You deserve it!

My current Tetris record is 143 and it was set just yesterday, the Thanksgiving day! It's considerably up from my previous record of 125 (lines).

Can you do better than me? That's certainly possible, but not too easy. I use this site for my Tetris brain exercises.

Happy Thanksgiving!

To all those who live in the US and all Americans abroad! Everybody else have a great holiday weekend too.

Next week will bring some special offers for KING and other e-mini trading products that I offer on my site dedicated primarily to day trading e-mini futures, so please check it out as soon as possible. And may I also suggest, once again, that you see this article on why you should own this e-mini futures trading system.

10 e-mini futures trades ending with a 10-pointer

And that 10-pointer is also a quickie, the second one today. What's not to like about it?

The trades are in YM, the Dow e-mini futures market, my favorite market to trade, and the one I recommend for KING students.

Classic KING trading, no more than 4 contracts used. Actually, only two or three in this case, but that's still meets the definition of what I call "classic KING trading" when no more than two contracts are used beyond the original two.

That was not all today, but I like round numbers, which are either 10 or 12 to me. Sometimes 6, if I am in the mood to admit this lowly number to the "round" club. But it's the first perfect one, so what the heck!

Can you trade e-mini futures in a tight range?

Well, with KING, that should be easier than you think. It's not that hard to squeeze out 5 ticks from a small range, and if you can do this a few times that will add up to a nice sum.

That's what I did today (as you can see from today's daily e-mini trading report on my site) and on several other occasions in the past, some reported here or on my site.

KING, an e-mini futures trading methodology (or trading course, for short), is pretty versatile. It can do well in expanding markets, but you can use it successfully in narrow ranges as well.

Examples of that abound. Once again, consult my site with nearly 550 daily e-mini trading result reports each showcasing a screenshot showing the Bracket Trader platform that I use for trading YM (or ES, though much less often these days), two popular e-mini futures markets.

6-12-6 or a new e-mini trading formula for $200+

As just mentioned on my site, in its current e-mini futures trading results section, and also in my Twitter feed.

I talked about these "magical" numbers on this blog, especially, 12, which is the first abundant number, so check out some previous posts from this and previous years for more ruminations along those lines.

There are no magic indicators, despite some claims to the contrary you may come across from time to time on various sites, but there is certainly some magic in the numbers. Or, at least, I like to think so.

Mr. Market and Banacek

They sound very much alike, don't they? Especially when Banacek masquerades as a wise man through his famous "old Polish proverbs" that can confuse the heck out of you before you grasp them. And sometimes there is not much to grasp because they are meant to confuse rather than inform.

Here is a sample of two.

1. "If you're not sure that it's potato borscht, there could be orphans working in the mines."

2. "Though the hippopotamus has no stinger in his tail, the wise man would rather be sat upon by the bee."

The first one is totally silly, the second one conveys some wisdom, though you cannot really tell what the point of it might be. There is just no moral in it.

Obviously, these are not Polish proverbs because they are hardly proverbs at all. But as the ancient Roman proverb says (and I wish I could recall it in Latin), "it's easy to lie if you are coming from a land far away."

NinjaTrader 7 indicators for George IV available

You can get them along with your copy of this neat e-mini futures day trading system, currently pretty much offered as a discretionary strategy (or a set of such). You will obtain a template for NinjaTrader 7 in the whole George IV package that also includes the templates for NinjaTrader 6.5 (currently very much obsolete) and Sierra Chart.

The system works for YM and ES, the Dow Jones e-mini futures and the S&P 500 e-mini futures. It was originally designed for the latter, but proven to work equally well for the former.

You can find quite a few posts about the system, documenting its best days, on this blog in the "trading system" category.

There has been some renewed interest in this system recently, also on Twitter (see my Twitter feed for some evidence of that), so I decided to release the template for NinjaTrader 7, though it's very easy to create one. Since the indicators the system uses are fully disclosed and native to this charting software, no programming is required. However, if only as a matter of pure convenience, the template is certainly a good idea.

For more about this e-mini futures trading system, please see its main page on my site.

10 nice e-mini futures trades

If I can say so because I am the author of those.

They come from yesterday's trading session and the results of six of those were posted on Twitter in near real-time. I talk more about posting my e-mini futures trading results on Twitter in this article that I link to.

The first three of these trades did not take even a whole minute to reach the target of 5-10 ticks, which is the standard target for scalping with KING, an e-mini futures day trading methodology of my design. I call trades like that quickies. There are 4 of them among those 10.

For more results like that, you can check out the current e-mini futures trading results section of my site. All results have been obtained using this great KING methodology that the e-mini futures day trading course of the same name is based on.

The course is still available, but not so many copies are left. And the price is still quite affordable, though not as low as it used to be. It cannot always be.

This bad boy delivered again

And that means George IV, a neat e-mini futures day trading system for YM and ES, two popular e-mini futures markets. For more about this system, check out its pages on my site, the main one being right here.

Well, technically not all conditions where met at the open, but they were met just fine at the entry time, so for those wanting to exercise a bit of discretion that was a very good opportunity that would have resulted in more than 20 YM points at the market close at 16:15 EST.

Cats and the Internet traffic

Cats drive the traffic on the Internet. That's a fact.

I once had a page on my website, in its more frivolous (or eclectic part), where I declared myself a cat person. Not that I have anything against dogs. Not one bit. I just grew up with cats, a whole bunch of them, and so I am now a devout cat person.

That page soon became the most popular page on my site, a bit to my dismay because the site is and was dedicated to e-mini futures day trading and not to cats, not matter how cute the latter may be.

Well, the same is with this blog. The most popular of its posts has something to do with a cat. Again, except that this is not just an ordinary cat, but a Schrödinger's cat. A lovely creature, but of somewhat uncertain future, so to speak.

While the traffic to this blog has reached yet another peak (in terms of page views, see the image below), the page (or post) that has attracted most attention is the one about this charming quantum feline that is not even real, but an abstract one, a main actor in Mr. Schrödinger's thought experiment. See Wikipedia for more about it or just google it.

The new peak in the traffic to this blog is 120 points higher than the previous one, or very much 10% in relative terms.

This e-mini futures day trading course is going to ...

Well, it is going to cost a tad more starting this weekend, the first weekend of November, 2013.

I mean KING, a popular e-mini futures day trading course that has been around since late 2008 and is very unlikely to be around beyond 2014. Next year is planned as the last year that I will be selling this course, and the price will go up again.

There are less than 10 copies available at this point, but I may decide to offer another 10 next year for the right price. Perhaps as high as $1,800, which is not really that high compared to other trading courses on the market, some of which cost as much as $6,000, yet can boast of zero evidence that anyone has ever made any money using their ideas.

I am not making this up. Sometimes the only value of a trading course is its high price that convinces the buyer that there is something to it and the buyer keeps clinging to this conviction because what else can he do? Admit that he was a fool? Most people, I am afraid, will rather come up with some rationalization that the product they paid so much for is really much better than it seems to be than admit to have been conned. Marketers know this and they use it to their advantage.

The most common such rationalization is that they have learned a lot from it. Well, but how do you know that what you have learned works? If there was no evidence for that when you were buying it, what really is the value of your acquired knowledge?

That's not so with KING.

KING stands out from the crowd of similar products because of this tremendous volume of evidence that its ideas are sound and can make you money.

Five years of trading results alone trump virtually all what other vendors can offer in this regard, but that's hardly everything. You also have comprehensive results from Katherine, its first user, and testimonials from many other students. People who apply themselves do see evidence that it works. And that what really matters. You want something else with it? Well, a trading forum will soon be coming. That should help, right?

But it is your own effort that can make the biggest difference, though that is something that many wannabe traders don't want to hear, which may also explain why they opt for higher-priced trading courses - it's almost natural to think that the higher price offers a guarantee of success. At least, of sorts.

Well, not really. It does not. The price should be reasonable, though, and that's why KING's price continues to rise. Too low a price is not reasonable either.

My secret e-mini futures trading code - 22-7-3

No, there are no trading secrets, not even e-mini futures trading secrets, so the title of this article is meant in jest.

But 22-7-3 does mean something and it does have a lot in common with day trading e-mini futures. It is 22 weeks, 7 periods of 2 weeks or longer, including 3 stretches as long as 3 weeks and beyond.

If you still don't get it, check out the last entry in my daily e-mini trading journal. I mean the entry from October 28th, 2013, which would be yesterday.

And here is my last trading Twitter update from that day, which goes beyond what you see on my site. It shows classical e-mini trading with KING: no more than 4 contracts per position. In fact, most positions reached their target with the original 2 contracts, and all could have reached their default target of 5 ticks, but I was a bit cautious in two cases exiting a bit sooner. The market was moving rather slowly, though the last trade was a quickie, that is, a trade that did not take even a full minute to reach its target of 5 YM ticks.

I posted 4 updates on Twitter yesterday, all within a minute or less of completing the last trade, starting after I had made over $200, which is my daily profit target.

"Why you should own this e-mini futures trading system"

That's the title of the newest article in a new section of my site.

The section is meant for articles that highlight the value of one of the best mechanical trading systems for e-mini futures markets (YM and ES, to be precise) that I have ever offered on my site and one that I do believe is still worth having even if I no longer market it as a mechanical trading system per se but as a set of strategies that may use a bit of discretion.

This e-mini futures trading system is George IV that I have mentioned on this blog a number of times, most recently this month and even on two different occasions.

I am convinced that it's a very good system, certainly worth a meager $150 that I charge for it and the reasons for why this system is worth having are explained in this very new article posted on my site. There are as many as 7 of them, certainly a good number in its own right.

140 Twitter followers!

I have reached 140 Twitter followers in the past 24 hours. That's not necessarily a big number, but it does indicate a steady growth in this department.

But not particularly fast, to be honest. About three years ago I reached 100 followers, which means that I was accumulating them much faster during the preceding years, in 2010 and before, that is.

My first tweet was posted on August 26th, 2007. Over 6 years ago. KING was not even in the plans back then, so it feels like a different epoch. I embed it below.

It's a minor milestone, though. And the followers are all real and not fakes bought from some vendor company. I somewhat doubt I will ever reach 200 of them. I am not that big on self-promotion. All I do when it comes to marketing is organic, and that means slower, but I like it that way. You can call me old-fashioned, but this will not change my ways.

Emini trading systems and ...

And Google.

It's nice to see that Google has finally returned to its senses and is doing a good job with its search algorithm again.

I may be biased (hell, of course, I am), but for a longer while my site was quite "undervalued" by Google, languishing for months on the second page of its rankings for keywords relevant to my e-mini futures trading business.

But recently things have improved and I am back to page one for "emini trading systems" (currently at spot number 3), "emini trading course" and "emini day trading course" (currently on position number 8) and even near the top of page two for "emini trading results" where Google was dropping a ball quite badly for many months. That was not so with Bing or Yahoo! Search that have been giving me the top spots for this keyword for many months in a row now.

Unlike in the case of many of my competitors, my rankings are due to purely organic work. No one works for me to get me to these spots, while I know for a fact that the competition uses the SEO services to get to the top spots.

For more about my e-mini trading systems and a very good e-mini day trading course, please check out my site, again a prime destination for e-mini futures traders and now even Google agrees with it. Not the very first time and hopefully not the last one either.

Another solid signal by George IV - an e-mini day trading system

I am talking about a long signal from yesterday that almost resulted in a 60 tick profit in YM, the Dow Jones e-mini futures market. Alas, the market stopped just a few ticks shy of this target and then reversed its advance closing only 15 ticks in profit. See the image below for how this played out on the 5-minute chart.

Still not too shabby, but not as good as 60 ticks.

It was a clear and solid signal, one of those signals that scream at you from the chart, so they are very easy to notice. Not long ago, just several days back I mentioned another long signal like that and that one delivered quite a punch indeed.

George IV is a mechanical trading system for YM and ES, two popular e-mini futures markets, at this point marketed as a strategy or a set of such. I have been thinking of reviving it as a fully mechanical system and I believe that's not that hard to do by limiting it to one strategy, the one that is likely to produce solid, clear signals. I may do this eventually, but at this point I don't have time for that.

For more about this relatively simple e-mini futures trading system check out its pages on my site.

21-7 or yet another look at my e-mini trading results this year

I am talking about the results due to KING, an e-mini futures day trading methodology (or an e-mini day trading course) since January 1st, 2013. Meaning, year-to-date.

Translated, that means 21 full weeks of trading results posted in the current trading results section of my site and 7 periods of continuous trading for 2 weeks or even longer. That and some single days add to nearly 130 daily trading reports posted in the section in question.

This year is not over yet, so you will still see some more reports like that on my site, though probably not as often as so far. I need to finish my forum project and that is my main and only priority at this point.

For more about my 20th full week of e-mini trading results see a recent article on my site.

My last Twitter update from today's trading session is embedded below. The market was pretty congested, the daily session range was only about 50 ticks, well below what you normally see.

Versatile e-mini futures day trading methodology

That can be quite a mouthful, but that's what it is in a nutshell.

In fact, one can easily drop the "e-mini futures" part from it and that would still hold true for KING is a truly versatile day trading methodology that should work fine for stocks, Forex, or bonds as well.

It was originally designed for YM, the Dow Jones $5 e-mini futures market, and I think it's perfect for it, but any other reasonably volatile market that you can day trade can be day traded using KING trading ideas and strategies.

I wrote a brief article about this versatile nature of KING as a day trading methodology that was just posted on my site. I show some evidence for it coming from different people as well as different markets, though all are futures of some kind.

More e-mini futures trading results posted on Twitter

Eight screenshots yesterday, six today (as of this point, see the last update right below).

This has been the pattern for a few months now, starting in late May, 2013. It may continue for a while, but will probably end next year, so enjoy the updates while they last.

The screenshots I post on Twitter show trading results in my favorite e-mini futures market, the Dow Jones e-mini futures, also known as YM, which is its ticker symbol. I use Bracket Trader as my trading platform.

And that's yet another Twitter update, the last one today and the 10th in a row, also featuring a quickie as the last trade, even faster than the previous one, only 7 seconds in duration.

Is your trading teacher that good too? Or just loves to teach?

The 20th full week of e-mini futures trading results

And that's only this year.

I updated the current trading results section of my site not long ago, the results being due to KING, an e-mini futures trading course based on a very effective day trading methodology.

Well, at least, effective for me. And a  bunch of other people, some doing well enough to have considered doing it full time.

The updates to what I posted on my site can be found on Twitter. The most recent post there, as of this writing, is embedded below. That can also be the last trading update posted there today.

There are still several copies of KING available. Not too many, though.

525 daily e-mini futures trading reports

And that's quite a number, even bigger than 500 that I have mentioned on this blog a few months back when the 500th e-mini trading report reflecting the results of my day trading with KING was posted on my e-mini futures site.

Well, here is a challenge for anyone reading this. Find me another vendor who has delivered that many reports (or at least 500) over the last 5 years and you will get KING for only $600, which is the half of its current price. While not the highest price ever, it's pretty close and bound to rise in the next few weeks.

Yes, I mean it. Also as a way to open your eyes to how few vendors out there actually believe in providing solid evidence that their trading ideas work. Apparently, they have better ways to convince their potential customers, which may mean that I am too stupid to figure them out. Or maybe I have figured them out and I am not impressed.

You know, those thousands of fake Twitter followers are really not my cup of tea, and neither is badmouthing my competitors on trading forums because if you have to do so that really says more about you than your competitor and let's just leave it at that.

Yes, it's the results, stupid! That's the first thing you want to see. No results, nothing to see here, and you move on. Simple as that.

So how about this little challenge? It's open until I close it a few weeks down the road.

George IV delivers quite a punch - how about 100 YM points?

Well, and even more than that, closer to 120 points, actually. But since the standard target for this neat emini futures trading system currently being sold as a mere strategy is 60 points, I will really not count more than that.

So, it's 60, which translates into $300 with just one YM contract before commissions (not more than $5 per contract round turn with most respectable e-mini futures brokers out there). And that's twice as much as the current price of George IV.

YM, for those totally new to trading e-mini futures, is the ticker for the Dow Jones e-mini contract.

As I said, I no longer market it as a trading system being too busy with KING, among other reasons, but from time to time I check it out. It's not a complex system, but at times you need to pay attention to details. On the other hand, there are also times when you don't have to because the signal is crystal clear and it basically screams at you from your chart. Such signals are the best and today brought us one of those.

While KING is no longer offered as a mechanical trading system, it can still be useful for giving you the right daily bias (long or short) and because of that it can help you with your day trading quite a bit. It is for this reason that I recommend it with KING, and from what I have heard from KING clients it proves to be useful.

Here is a picture showing this feat in action, as it happened today. The chart is courtesy of Sierra Chart, my charting platform of choice and one I have been suing for 10 years and counting. But NinjaTrader or any other charting software is fine too as the indicators the system uses are very basic and should come standard with many charting packages out there.

10 e-mini futures trades - 5 quickies

I just can't stop blabbing about quickies, so that's just yet another post about them here. A previous one was only about 2 weeks ago. I am seriously obsessed.

And when I talk about quickies, I mean very fast e-mini futures trades in YM, the Dow Jones e-mini futures market, my favorite one to day trade.

And not some other thing ...

As you can see from the embedded screenshot of my today's exploits posted on Twitter, I got 5 of them today. Out of 10 trades. Pretty good, though, still not even close to my record, mentioned somewhere on my site, which is 10 out of 10.

No kidding. But I never repeated it, so this might have been a fluke, but good days with KING are hardly what you would call a fluke. On a good volatile day, you can expect a few of those beauties. And today is just another case in point.

So, yes, get yourself KING. This guy delivers!

The 19th full week of e-mini trading results with KING

Just completed as you can see in this year's e-mini trading reports section. I may go for 20 full weeks this year, which would be 4 more than last year, but that's it.

This week I also traded using only 1-2 e-mini contracts on 3 different occasions, just to show that it is still possible to do well with KING with such a very limited number of contracts, but I am too used to using a more liberal size to continue this experiment forever. That's not the best use of my trading power.

Here is a screenshot (the last posted on Twitter today) with results that finish this full week.

Another lucky 13 in the Dow e-mini futures

I was talking about my lucky numbers on this blog in a recent past. I mentioned that even 13 was my lucky number.

Well, so that you don't think that I was merely talking (and talk is cheap as everybody who wasn't born yesterday knows only too well), here is some evidence to back it up from today's trading session. I traded for about an hour taking 10 trades, then took a break, and following that another 3 trades.

All of those have been winners and none required more than 4 contracts. Nice trading with KING, an e-mini futures day trading methodology that you can still purchase on my site. Also known as an e-mini trading course.

Incidentally, the 11th trade (that I exited with 2 ticks of profit only, per contract) could have been even a 40-pointer and I intended it as such. Unfortunately, it was taking too long. But had I waited long enough it would have hit the 40-tick target eventually before the session close.

Trading with KING is mostly about scalping for 5-10 ticks in the Dow Jones e-mini futures, my favorite day trading market, so don't be surprised that I very rarely go for much bigger targets, but that's possible too given enough time or patience.  Not so long ago, I mentioned a 20-pointer on this blog, so I am not just talking. There is evidence for that too.

Friday, September 27, 2013

And here comes ...

A nice 10-pointer, from yesterday's day trading session.

It's in YM, the Dow e-mini futures market, my favorite futures market to scalp.

It's the last trade listed in the screenshot showing all my trading results from that day. Another good trading day courtesy of KING, an e-mini futures day trading course.

There are only 10 copies of KING left at this point, so that's your last chance to get it. But its legacy will last for a longer while as I plan a forum for its users and other e-mini futures traders.

Quick e-mini futures scalps

That's KING's specialty, I believe.

I am talking about quickies or fast scalps in my favorite e-mini futures market, YM, the Dow Jones e-mini futures. And when I talk about quickies I mean trades that don't take longer than a full minute to reach the target of 5-10 ticks in this market.

Today was a good day for quickies. I scored 4 of them and in the screenshot you see below you can spot all of them among the first 8 trades. I took 10 trades in total, but the last two were not quickies, so I am showing a smaller screenshot. But you can see all of them in my Twitter feed. I posted 6 screenshots to this feed today, within 1-2 minutes after each trade completion starting when I was over $200.

KING is an e-mini futures trading course based on an excellent trading methodology whose comprehensive trading results you can see on my site. There are only 10 copies of KING left at this point, so you may want to order it now rather than later as the price will go up soon. Again.

Double (or triple?) trading abundance day

I talked about abundant numbers on this blog in the past. For instance in this article. Our good old friend, number 12, is the first abundant number. And so is 18.

Well, it's just happens that yesterday I completed my 18th full week of trading results this year. For more about my e-mini futures trading results from this year and a few other, please see this section of my site.

And it also happens that I closed my trading that day with 12 trades, as you can see from my last embedded Twitter post which features a screenshot showing all 12 trades, which is 5 more than in the screenshot posted on my site, but I usually post more complete results on Twitter these days than on my site, simply because it's easier to post to Twitter than to my site.

And if you consider that yesterday was September 18th, (another 18), that's pretty much a triple abundance day!

Wednesday, September 18, 2013

Thank God, indeed!

That's from my personal Tweeter feed. Posted just yesterday.

The bullets used were rubber. In America we use real ones even to resolve traffic altercations! That obviously wasn't a serious philosophical discussion ...

"Lucky" seven though short of perfection

As seen in the embedded Twitter screenshot from my today's posting there.

Just two posts, but on some days I have produced much more. Today was one of those days that I was taking some trades quickly one after another, so I could not tweet after each trade. I mean this about the last three trades. And let me mention that I even do not start tweeting until I have made at least $200 so that I am not too distracted by this silly tweeting thing.

For more about it you can check out these two articles of mine on my website. And for more e-mini futures trading results of this sort you can always go to this page that will direct you to more than 500 of those. All courtesy of KING, an e-mini futures day trading course.

Incidentally, other lucky numbers of mine (at least when it comes to trading) include 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 (yes, even that!), and a few others, below 31.

Well, I told you that 10 was my another lucky number. I added 3 more trades today.

Yet another full week of e-mini futures results this year

That would be week 17 and that's one more week in total than last year.

That's some progress for sure, but that's not the only progress - the number of longer continuous periods of trading results using KING, an e-mini futures trading methodology is also greater this year.

For more about such trading results, check out the current results section of my site. For more about KING that has made these results possible, see this trading course main page.

I added one more trade to those you can see in the most recent screenshot posted on my site. That trade was posted to my Twitter account. It was a quickie too, that is, a trade that does take longer than a minute to reach its standard target of 5-10 YM ticks.

More tweets with e-mini futures trading results

I have been posting my e-mini futures trading results to Twitter for a while now, for the last several weeks. I started doing so in late May.

As mentioned on this blog and on my site (see these two articles for more), I do this within a minute or two after completing a trade or a few of them as sometimes I don't want to be interrupted by some silly tweeting, so I don't post after each one of them. In fact, that may even not be possible.

Today offered an example of how you simply cannot post after each trade. See that loser to the tune of over $400? Well, I reversed it, and obviously waited for that reversed trade to complete before tweeting again. In other words, these two trades were pretty much like one, the second one was an obvious continuation of the first one.

I took 10 trades today, only one was a loser. Not a bad day, overall.

Still more about trading forums

This blog has a special category dedicated to trading forums. Here it is, for your convenience. It contains several posts, which means that I am somewhat concerned about this issue. One of the posts there attracted a record number of views. It is this one and you may want to check it out if you have not done it yet.

I would be disingenuous if I said that I am a big fan of trading forums. In their current shape, that is, because there is nothing wrong with the forums, trading or otherwise, per se. Many of them are run by questionable characters that do not even feel compelled to reveal their real name, which alone should raise all your red flags.

And then there is the trading forum crowd. Not the sharpest minds in this part of the Universe. You can safely bet on that. Quite incorrigible too.

I have also written quite a bit about trading forums on my site. Here is one of the latest articles about it, which I definitely recommend your attention.

I may not be done with trading forums yet, and here is the newest article about how you can get scammed there, but I thought that instead of just writing about it, I should start my own forum and set my own (and higher) standards for this type of online business.

Which is not that hard to do. It may actually be harder to set up a trading forum than to set up higher standards for it. That, of course, is largely due to the fact that these standards are so low that they cannot possibly be even lower. Don't blame me for that.

But until then, I do encourage you to check out the Word of Advice section of my site, and especially its subsection dedicated to trading forums. It might open your eyes a bit.

More about trading abundance and math stuff

I talked on this blog about trading abundance through the prism of math. This particular post is here.

I revisit this issue and talk about similar things that "numerologists" like me dig in the newest article on my site. It's not only about the numbers, but also about Twitter, and obviously about my e-mini futures trades, taken using the KING trading methodology.

These trades are more than a mere background for the whole discussion. Without them, I would not have had a good enough pretext to talk about numbers and their cool properties.

The article entitled "How to spoil a perfectly good 24" can be found here, in the section that collects many other articles dedicated to KING, an e-mini futures trading course of some renown if I may say so.

On Twitter and other social media that I am not the greatest fan of

I use Twitter and I like Twitter. It's something for busy people who don't like to BS a lot. And many people use it like that. That is, for brief posts and brief interaction.

I don't like Facebook as it creeps me out a bit. I did not have a good experience with it and I am not the only one that finds it wanting. I much prefer Google Plus.

I have just updated my site after a longer break from doing so regularly (almost 3 weeks after the previous update) and one of the new things on it is an article on how I use the social media and why I don't use Facebook as actively or engagingly as many others may.

I use Twitter and this blog as my main active channels with the rest of the trading world. Apart from my e-mini futures trading website, that is. My main trading Twitter account is this one, but I have recently reactivated another one that at some point I thought would be my main one, but things did not exactly worked out that way.

Just recently, I also created a personal Twitter account that you can also check out and if you share some of my broad interests reflected in my tweets, feel free to follow me. And if follow me there, I will follow you back. But please first read this article if you are interested in following me there or via my other Twitter accounts. Or on LinkedIn, for that matter.

Like, back from a vacation

Sort of.

That means only that I may be posting here a bit more often. And probably on my site as well. But I am not sure if I will be trading this week or even this month. I decided to take a longer break from that. Or at least from posting the results on my site.

Once I have hit the 500th daily results report, I kinda don't know where to go from there. A full thousand sounds like a next natural target, but I will definitely not reach it. The number of KING copies still available is in the teens and they will be definitely gone by the end of 2014.

The next main thing I am planning is a trading forum for e-mini futures traders focused on e-mini day trading. It will be first available to the KING students, and then to others, perhaps only to my clients, meaning those who bought KING or one of my mechanical trading systems, such as George IV or George II. Stay tuned for that then, if you are interested.

And did I mention recently how gorgeous Raquel Welch looked in her prime?  Well, still great looking 40 odd years later, no question about it. But it's her poise that I found even more impressive. Okay, maybe equally impressive.

If not, here is to compensate for it. This video comes from a TV show that aired in June 1970 when Raquel was on the brink of turning 30. While I am a big fan of Angelina Jolie, I think she looks a bit anorexic compared to the full-bodied Raquel. Well, I will let you be a judge.

So how revolutionary KING is?

I alluded to something like that in my most recent post in the current e-mini futures results section on my site. The one with today's date.

The results are due to KING, an e-mini day trading methodology of my design, though I also use this name for the e-mini trading course based on it. Either way, it's KING.

So how revolutionary KING is? Well, I am not into big words, so you probably should not be surprised by my answer there, but I must say that I have been tempted to write more about it, and maybe I will, at least for my KING students.

Until then, my today's note must suffice. I like to follow the ancient Romans' maxim that they used to employ on such occasions. The maxim says, "Sapienti sat," which more or less amounts to "enough has been said for the wise."

Eminimethods.com - a brief business update

I thought a few words (or sentences, in fact) could be in order a few weeks after the major upgrade of my site, eminimethods.com, that is dedicated largely to day trading e-mini futures.

And so I wrote a bit about my business these days in this article that you may want to check out.

100th daily e-mini futures results report this year

I posted it two days ago, on July 31st in the current e-mini trading results section of my site.

Last year I have posted over 130 such daily e-mini futures results reports, which might have been my record. I am not necessarily planning to beat this record this year. I could if I really wanted to, but beating rather silly records is not exactly my cup of tea.

I could because I trade at least 150 days a year, but the results I post in my emini futures results sections need to meet certain criteria (and you can learn a bit more about it here), one of them being at least $200 a day in profits, though I may apply an exception to this rule from time to time, even if rarely. That's one reason that limits the number of daily reports posted on my site.

The other reason is that I may not post all of them even if they meet all the criteria required. For instance, I traded yesterday, but since I am on vacation I did not feel like posting much about my results and so I did not. You can see the screenshot with my trades from yesterday below. That's not the only time this year that I am posting a screenshot with results here while not reporting about it on my site. This may happen from time to time.

I used to trade at least 200 days a year when I was starting my full-time day trading career, but these days I am a bit more lazy. The greatest thing about day trading is not that you can make pretty good money, but the freedom that comes with it. At least for me. You can work at home, on your own terms, without answering to anyone. You can take vacations when it pleases you and do other things besides trading if that's what you want to do.

I admit that the other thing I do most away from trading these days is helping others become better traders, so that's really not that far away from trading, if at all, but as long as I enjoy doing so, I think my time is being spent well.

There is a city ...

This city is Warsaw, Poland.

On August 1st every year, the city pays respects to the heroes of the Warsaw Uprising of 1944, the largest such an act of rebellion against the Nazis in the history of WWII, that cost about 150,000 to 200,000 human lives on the Polish (and largely civilian) side and led to a near complete obliteration of the city (in about 85%) as a result of German retaliation.

My newest e-mini futures trading video

It's about something I have mentioned on this blog a few times already and talked about in greater detail on my site as well. For instance here, which is the latest article about it.

About posting my e-mini futures trading results on Twitter, that is. I don't want to belabor the point, it's enough to watch the video which follows.

The results are due to KING, an e-mini futures trading course of some renown, if I may say so. You can learn more about it on my site via the link provided.

"Dolce far niente" or the sweetness of trading e-mini futures

I admit that my translation of "dolce far niente" as "the sweetness of trading e-mini futures" is somewhat imprecise, but if you add the word KING to it, as in "the sweetness of trading e-mini futures with KING," then at least the sweetness part is correct.

Well, I am taking a break from trading, relaxing more, tending to things I have not had time to tend to lately and taking it easy overall. Breaks are needed and so I am taking one (from trading) and even more than one because I am also taking breaks from doing nothing by trading.

And who says that you cannot take more than one break? Is it forbidden by law? I don't think so. Here is how my break from doing nothing worked out today. Classic KING trading, in one word. Okay, that's more than one word, but still succint enough.
And for more results like that, you are always welcome to check out my site, especially its e-mini futures trading results sections, the most recent of which is nearing the 100th daily results report this year alone.

My YouTube channel - not only for e-mini futures traders

I have had it for a while, but I almost don't talk about it, so let me make up for that with this post.

The channel is called "eminimethodsdotcom" and its web address is, not surprisngly at all, http://www.youtube.com/user/eminimethodsdotcom.

It has 20 videos of my own production as of this writing, all of them for those interested in trading e-mini futures markets. Again, not surprisingly, as this channel is more or less an extension of my site dedicated primarily to day trading e-mini futures.

More videos will still come. In fact, I am about to upload yet another one, so look forward to it in the next few days.

You can also check out some of my public playlists, some of which could be of interest to traders as well, such as Music - Vangelis For Traders, but also to the public at large.

Some of my uploaded videos have become quite popular in Google in the niche they belong to, e-mini day trading. For instance, if you search Google for "emini trading course" or "emini day trading course," you can find the video featured below on the first page of Google.

That's the case these days, for instance, but since Google rankings change all the time,  it is not guaranteed to be so all the time. It happens time and again, though.

The channel has currently 25 subscribers, not exactly an astronomical number, but e-mini futures trading is a relatively small niche, so by the standards of this niche, this number may not be totally paltry either.

Feel free to join it.

The 500th daily e-mini futures trading report!

Yes, I am talking about 500 daily e-mini futures trading reports accompanied by screenshots showing the trades taken on each of these 500 days. That's quite a number.

Screenshot number 500 has just been posted and although it may not look as exciting as many other screenshots of this kind posted on my site and on this blog, it's hard to complain either.

As mentioned by me recently, I am not quite sure what to do next, but then again, the number of KING copies still available to new buyers is very limited, so I will probably keep posting for a while, though more sporadically than over the last few months.

And that means that screenshot number 600 is highly unlikely.

But it has still been a good run and I seriously doubt there is a vendor out there who has posted as many trading reports as I have over these past 5 years or so. With the results included and documented by screenshots of trades listed in a trading platform. In my case, that would be Bracket Trader, a powerful trading platform for those trading through Interactive Brokers, unbeatable in terms of both design and price.

Trading treasure trove - a resource for traders

Trading treasure trove is the name of my Yahoo! group that has been around for a while. About as along as my website dedicated primarily to trading e-mini futures markets, eminimethods.com.

It's a group for traders. The group was meant as an extension of my site in some ways, just as this blog is. Or my Twitter feed, for that matter, that I am utilizing more and more these days. Incidentally, when I was setting up both my site and the Yahoo! group in question, Twitter did not even exist. And now it's a household name. Things change.

They do and so little wonder that this group has been used by me less and less often in favor of other ways of communication. Posting to it is not as easy as posting to this blog and even less easy than posting on Twitter. However, over the years, I have accumulated there quite a bit of useful resources that could be of interest to traders, especially the beginners, and not necessarily only e-mini futures traders.

This group also allows me to communicate with those who found my site useful and decided to subscribe to my Yahoo! group as a result of that. By posting to the group I keep them informed about my business plans or occasional discounts on things like KING, my flagship e-mini futures product, and on my other trading products. I don't do this very often, just a few times a year.

This should tell you that I am not much of a marketer. Indeed, I don't even have a "professional" mailing list, whatever that means. The Yahoo! group is basically my mailing list of sorts, although to communicate with my customers I use a Yahoo! e-mail account.

I talk about it here because you may want to join the group. That's one more way to get informed and since I plan some exciting things in the next few months, I don't think this is such a bad idea at all. You probably don't want to miss on this excitement, do you?

The group is located here.

The 16th week of e-mini futures results with KING this year

Which means that I have matched the number of full trading weeks last year. I am talking about full weeks of e-mini futures trading results with my e-mini trading methodology known as KING.

I am not planning any new records this year, though I may still add another full week or two this year to those 16. But I may also not.

The thing is that today also marks the 499th screenshot of my e-mini futures results with KING and so we are only 1 screenshot away from a major milestone: the 500th e-mini futures trading results on my site. It took about 5 years to reach it and while I am a pretty persistent fellow, I am a bit bored by all that posting, so I may need to take a break or slow down or invent something more exciting to keep going.

On the other hand, the number of KING copies still available for sale is smaller then ever and since I am very close to the total number of copies I ever intended to sell, I do not think I will keep posting my trading results for much longer also for this reason.

In any case, check out the current section of e-mini futures trading results for the most recent update, the one with number 499 on it. Not a particularly exciting update, but after a few rather volatile weeks, the markets are entitled to some rest for a change, so less volatile days are not unusual in these circumstances.

How's that for fast e-mini scalping?

What started as a rather slow day, ended up on a much faster note. Very fast, in fact.

Today I had the fastest trade you can ever have. It did not last even a full second and I am not even talking about a 5-tick profit target here, the standard one for my scalping in the Dow Jones e-mini futures market (that's YM for the "pro" e-mini traders).

I am talking about 10 ticks. That's actually my original target. I always adjust it when in trade, usually to 5 ticks, sometimes to something bigger. If I am not sure whether the 5-tick target will be hit, I adjust it to 2-3 ticks. Even to 0, though very rarely.

That explains why I scored 10 ticks on this super-fast trade (the 4th one today, see the image of my last Twitter post with e-mini trading results.)

The last four trades were all quickies too. The slowest one was only 12 seconds in duration. Overall, not a bad day at all. Though it started as a boring one.

What's in the future of one e-mini futures course?

And the e-mini futures trading course I mean is, of course, KING, my flagship e-mini trading product about 5 years old already.

I doubt it will live (much longer) beyond its 6th birthday, but some exciting things are still to be expected, so I thought that I would revisit them in a new article just posted on my site.

I revisit in it some promises I made in the past (in early 2010, to be more specific) and how they panned out and what else is left to deliver from what I promised to deliver.

For more, if you are interested in this e-mini day trading course, see the article mentioned.

Bing gets "emini futures blog" right!

Bing gets a lot of things right that Google does not, but it would take a pretty long article to elaborate on how much better Bing has become over the years compared to Google, the fact that is, sadly, still largely under-appreciated by the public.

Yes, Bing gets "emini futures blog" right as you can see from the image below taken recently. Today things may be different, the positions in search engines fluctuate on a daily basis, they may depend on your location on the planet, and even on your browser, oddly enough, but true.

Bing, as pointed out by me on another occasion, also got "emini trading results" right, a feat Google has yet to match. Sorry, Big G, but linking to my site for this keyword from the distant 40-60 position in your search results (on a good week, that is), is a joke.

And that's not the only thing that Google has been struggling with when it comes to my site and e-mini futures or e-mini trading related keywords. Google has another serious problem, the problem of very poor resolution. For instance, while Bing links to the correct page(s) on my site for "emini trading results," that's not the case with Google that links either to the main page of my site or to some other page that is not as closely related to e-mini trading results as it could be and is in the Bing's search results. In other words, while Bing is spot on, Google fumbles the task of choosing the right pages amazingly badly.

So, all hail Bing, and those who refuse to, please do yourself a favor and take a closer look at the quality of Bing's results as opposed to the usual Google junk and you may start to appreciate it as well. At least, more than you might have so far.

Perfect e-mini futures scalping

Or a perfect seven, as the screenshot below shows seven trades. What's perfect about them?

All of them are two lot trades, meaning they carried the original position (of two contracts) from the start to its destination of 5 ticks or more. That's how I define perfect e-mini futures trades in my favorite e-mini market, YM, the Dow Jones e-mini futures.

The classic e-mini futures trades (scalps, to be more precise) are defined as those that do not require more than 4 contracts (meaning 1 or 2 beyond my original position size these days) to reach the target of 5 to 10 ticks, again in YM.

I did take a few more trades today. Here is another Twitter post showing all 20 of them. No longer are all the trades perfect, but they still are classic KING trades, KING being an e-mini day trading course of my own design. And yes, they all are winners. 20 out of 20!

Like me ask you a simple question, if I may. Is your trading teach that good too or are you learning how to trade e-mini futures from a marketer? I hope it's the former.

The title of this post should read "Perfect e-mini futures scalping with the best e-mini futures trading course out there" if I were as mean as to mock those poor marketers masquerading as traders. But I thought I would mention it as a hint as to how to tell a marketer from a trader. The former never shy from superlatives applied to their wonderware ("the best," "the last to buy", etc.) and the more bombastic they are the better, the latter simply prefer facts.

The traffic report - not again!

Well, I promise that's the last one before we hit another major milestone and that would be 2000.

In June we have passed the 1000 mark with a huge aplomb for the number of page views as recorded by the Blogger internal statistics thingy has reached 1,203 in the month that just ended.

Yes, the pages views of this e-mini futures blog, of course. Still not enough to compete with the number of page views my site records in a good (or even bad) month, but a nice number, for sure, even despite the fact that it includes a lot of spam. But spam too is some measure of the blog popularity.

That's a huge increase from the previous monthly record, which was set in May at 934, and let's not forget that May is one day longer than June.

Today I have also completed the 15th full week of e-mini trading results this year. You can learn more about it in the current e-mini trading results section of my site.
